By browsing this website or placing an order with Al Kabeer Fresh Chicken, you agree to the terms described on this page. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or place an order.
2. Orders & confirmation
Orders placed through this website are sent to us via WhatsApp and are only confirmed once we respond to acknowledge availability, price and delivery time. Adding items to your cart does not guarantee stock or a confirmed order.
3. Pricing & weight
Prices shown are per kilogram and are calculated automatically based on the weight you select. Actual cut weight can vary slightly from the selected weight due to the natural nature of the product; where relevant, this will be communicated to you before delivery.
4. Payment
We currently accept cash on delivery and UPI payments, as confirmed with you directly over WhatsApp. We do not store any card or banking details on this website.
5. Delivery
Delivery timing depends on your location and order size, and will be communicated to you after your order is confirmed. We aim to deliver within our stated operating hours only.
6. Cancellations & refunds
You may request a cancellation or change by messaging us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel or modify it. Refunds, where applicable, will be discussed and processed directly with you.
7. Quality concerns
If you're not satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within a few hours of delivery so we can look into it and make it right.
8. Limitation of liability
We take care in preparing and packing every order, but we are not liable for issues arising from improper storage or handling of the product after delivery.
