How fresh is the chicken you deliver?
All our chicken is sourced and prepared fresh — we don't keep long-frozen stock. Every order is cleaned, cut and packed close to your delivery time so it reaches you in the best possible condition.
What are your delivery timings and areas?
We're open today from 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Delivery is available in and around our local service area — message us on WhatsApp with your address and we'll confirm if we deliver to you, along with an estimated delivery time.
How do I place an order?
Add whatever you need to your cart from the Shop page, choose your weight (500g to 5kg), then tap "Proceed to Checkout." Fill in your delivery details and choose Cash on Delivery or Online Payment to confirm your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept cash on delivery and UPI payments. Payment details are confirmed with you directly over WhatsApp once your order is placed.
Is there a minimum order amount?
There's no strict minimum, but for very small orders delivery may take a little longer to be scheduled alongside nearby deliveries. We'll let you know when you message us.
Can I customise the cut or ask for a bulk quantity?
Yes. If you need a specific cut, larger quantity, or a custom order for an event or gathering, message us directly on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to accommodate it.
How is the chicken packed for delivery?
Every order is cleaned, sealed and packed hygienically before it leaves us, so it stays fresh and safe throughout the delivery.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Since orders are confirmed over WhatsApp, you can request a change or cancellation by messaging us as soon as possible — we're able to accommodate changes as long as your order hasn't already been prepared or dispatched.
What if I'm not satisfied with my order?
Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right with your order, message us on WhatsApp within a few hours of delivery and we'll work with you to make it right.
